Wood Carving

David Drake's new sculptures include the Ivory Billed Woodpecker, once thought to be extinct and recently re-discovered in Arkansas. David works with hand tools carving from solid blocks of cedar. His current work features water fowl decoys including Mallards, Wood Ducks, Teal, Pintail, and Ruddy. Each piece is hand painted and finished with varnish.
